Shared call with a large call pool
Resident and Medical Student Teaching
The hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital employing more than 300 medical providers
Provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures
Benefits include medical, vision, dental (including orthodontic coverage), a 401(k) plan with employer match, and a CME allowance.
Generous paid time off includes vacation, holidays, sick time, and CME.
Community / Location
Located in southwestern Connecticut, in Fairfield County, with an estimated population of around 41,000 people
