Territory Sales Manager – CDK Global

Remote/Field To be considered, candidates must live in California and be willing to travel within Northern California.

The Company’s SaaS platform enables dealerships to manage end‑to‑end business operations, automating critical workflows to improve customer experience, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Job Summary As a Territory Sales Manager at CDK Global, you will drive market expansion and engage with Independent, Franchise Dealers, and registration businesses within your territory. This role requires a motivated, results‑driven sales professional committed to a collaborative and winning culture.

Key Responsibilities

Quota‑Carrying Role: Directly sell CDK Global products to Independent and Franchise Dealers within your designated territory.

Market Expansion: Utilize best practices, competitor insights, and industry contacts to increase CDK Global market share and revenue.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Embrace a hunter mentality to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.

Collaborative Selling: Work with regional partners to generate leads and expand CDK Global’s reach.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.

Qualifications

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Must be able to travel 90% of the time within Northern California.

Prefer a strong network within the automotive dealer market.

Experience selling SaaS products is a plus.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and a team player.

Salary

Base salary $60,000 – $80,000 + commissions.

On‑target earnings range $170,000 – $220,000.

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may include annual performance bonuses, benefits, and other incentive plans.
