Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate early builds for engineering in support of validation
Manage inventory and coordinate Early Sample (ES) and pre‑production (PP) builds in support of family rollout, stocking plans, and pre‑production forecast
Monitor package test yields through statistical analysis
Work on enhancements to meet test goal targets
Manage production holds to enable customer shipments and revenue
Develop scripts to monitor yields, track builds and identify bottlenecks. Report status to rollout team
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of industry‑related experience in electrical engineering or computer science
Master's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of industry‑related experience in electrical engineering or computer science
A minimum of 1 year in Product engineering, product planning or program management
Hands‑on experience with data management tools and languages like KLA and JMP
Knowledge of solid‑state physics and microelectronics is required
Skilled with scripting languages like TCL/PERL/Python, C and C++, and Visual Basic

Pay Range We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2‑year look back feature. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $70,000 – $163,000. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
