JOB SUMMARY The Regional Vice President of Business Development (RVP) is responsible for selling Cash Depot’s hardware, software, and other services/products, and managing a team of sales professionals across a multi‑state region. This requires regular interaction and follow‑up with existing and new customers. The RVP will oversee a team of 3‑5 Regional Account Executives and is responsible for revenue growth for the region. The RVP will also participate in other sales‑related activities to improve productivity and effectiveness, as directed by the CRO. These functions generally include, but are not limited to forecasting, demand planning, analysis, sales process optimization, sales training, and other special projects related to sales and sales support.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strategic account and opportunity plans with measurable time bound goals, objectives, and action plans as directed by the CRO
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Regional Account Executives operating throughout a geographic area
Submit weekly reporting summaries for ongoing sales activities
Manage the sales process identifying opportunities, managing the funnel & forecast, negotiating to close, and driving deployment of solutions. Create and maintain a contact list for all major customers and prospects
Ensure that team sales quotas are met through the efforts of your assigned Regional Account Executives
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post sales engagements
Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company
Communicate effectively with internal team members in order to drive cross functional teams to ensure our customer’s success
Assist the CRO with market data including market size, market share, forecasting, and product development needs
Establish strong internal‑company relationships with key personnel from all departments
Facilitate inter‑department, internal, and external communications, including meeting schedules and events
Attend industry trade shows as assigned
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Four‑year college degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Sales Management to the Convenience Store and/or Food Retail industries
Experience with Zoominfo, RocketReach, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience writing sales proposals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to foster close, cooperative relationships with customers, peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel, and close sales
Travel required (up to 75%)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a full‑time position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required. Travel required.
