Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.

Write and optimize SOQL queries, run reports, and support production environments.

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality.

Respond to on‑call production support incidents and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Solutioning and delivery experience with the Salesforce platform.

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.

Experience implementing Quote to Cash and Salesforce CPQ solutions.

Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.

Familiarity with Salesforce data models, automation (Flows), permissions, and security.

Agile/Scrum experience and vendor/partner management skills.

Excellent communication skills across business and IT.

Ability to influence stakeholders without authority and manage executive relationships.

Developer background with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
