Principal Product Manager – Ecosystem, Digital Assets We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Digital Assets team. The team manages issuance, distribution, and custody of assets Circle issues—including USDC, EURC, and USYC—and drives strategy for assets that Circle should issue, partner with, and support on its platform as we build the onchain economy.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities where Circle can accelerate usage and adoption of our digital assets (high level of external collaboration).
Translate ecosystem insights into actionable product initiatives; define and own the product vision and roadmap to take these products from 0 to 1.
Conduct market research to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high‑potential digital assets.
Stay at the forefront of emerging developments in the onchain asset issuance ecosystem (e.g., new assets, new use cases).
Lead cross‑functional efforts across engineering, legal, data science, marketing, and business to ship new products to market.
What You’ll Bring
Lead Product Manager experience.
7+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning strategy for complex, commercial products.
2+ years building in crypto, with a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
2+ years of experience working in financial markets.
Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases, including DeFi, wallets, bridges, and consumer crypto products. Active engagement with the crypto ecosystem.
Strong technical fluency, ideally with a background in computer science or engineering.
Highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
Senior Version
All requirements above plus 10+ years of product management experience and a track record of owning strategy for complex, commercial products.
Experience mentoring and coaching other product managers.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
