Role Name: Network lead - Routing, switching Location: Fort Mill, SC, USA

Responsibilities

Network operations consisting of 24/7/365 support from Network Operations Center

Support network related activities to support applications as well as network portions of DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NTP protocols

Maintain LAN and WLAN infrastructure and data center LAN infrastructure

Plan and perform network platform upgrades and changes

Perform patching on network appliances OS and firmware upgrades

Support network services, network hardware, and circuits

Analyze network performance, capacity, health and make suggestion to improve

Identify network problems and address in accordance with break-fix, Incident Management, and Problem management procedures

Review current network infrastructure strategy and provide recommendations

Coordinate support from Customer third party resolver groups for network infrastructure

Manage and maintain documentation for network design and architecture parameters and settings

Administer network LAN, WAN administration, load balancers, WAP/WLC, WAN accelerator, SD-WAN support

Qualifications

Experience on CISCO routers and switches
