Responsibilities

Respond to production incidents (L1/L2/L3), lead triage efforts, and restore services under strict SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Monitor application health using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Control‑M.

Coordinate releases, upgrades, and migrations with development and infrastructure teams.

Debug Java code, analyze SQL queries, and resolve complex production issues.

Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotations and manage bridge calls during outages.

Ensure compliance with production governance and operational readiness.

Required Skills

Core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services.

Unix/Linux shell scripting.

SQL/PL‑SQL for Oracle, DB2, MongoDB.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience in production support or release management.

ITIL certification preferred.

Salary Base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 annually. Final pay will depend on geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
