Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design, and analytics; participate in ideation, articulate technical constraints, and partner on decisions that consider risks and trade‑offs.
Support the operations and availability of your team’s artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating when needed, and participating in on‑call and “keep the lights on” efforts.
Contribute to team community by engaging in growth and development activities such as participation in the interview process.

Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems and proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
Familiarity with distributed systems building blocks and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Ability to translate a simple problem or business scenario into a solution that interacts with multiple software components, executing it with clear, well‑tested, and extensible code.
Comfort navigating a large code base, debugging others’ code, and providing feedback through code reviews.
Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking from team, manager, and stakeholders.
