Role Summary The Inside Sales Manager at TeraRecon will be responsible for driving continuous growth within assigned customer base and targeted accounts. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the clinical advanced visualization ecosystem to effectively communicate TeraRecon's value proposition and market differentiators. The role involves establishing strong relationships with customers to secure on‑time renewals, generate opportunities through targeted campaigns and outreach and lead generation follow up.

Responsibilities

Understand the clinical advanced visualization ecosystem to achieve quota and grow the business significantly and continuously

Effectively communicate the value proposition of TeraRecon products as well as their market differentiators

Work to secure on‑time renewals within assigned accounts

Build and develop relationships within assigned accounts to generate cross‑sell, upsell and new business opportunities

Develop and participate in lead generation activities with product and marketing teams

Triage marketing qualified leads (MQL's) to Territory Sales Managers (TSM's) when appropriate

Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast accuracy updates on management calls

Ensure that all activity is captured within the appropriate places within Salesforce

Maintain a

Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan for assigned territory including renewal % increase, conversions and new business

Ability to cold call prospects to inquire and covey sales campaign messaging

Remain abreast of market trends, competition, competitive issues, and products and report to leadership and product marketing when new information is uncovered

Practice clear, transparent, and effective communications with management, customers, and supporting team members

Participate in team building and company growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care

Position yourself as a thought leader to build trust and educate key players and prospects in your target market about TeraRecon solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience

Track record of consistently achieving quota and managing a renewal base and new business

5 years' experience successfully selling enterprise clinical software

Demonstrated experience selling enterprise subscription / SaaS solutions

Demonstrated success selling into multiple modalities

Ability and desire to prospect and self‑generate robust pipeline to achieve the sales quota

Ability to close deals and secure renewals on time and within company‑standard discounting parameters

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking

Strong work ethic, self‑directed, and resourceful

Strong customer reference
