What You’ll Get to Do The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is focused on leading the maintenance team in providing reactive and proactive maintenance service and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
This role is perfect for an individual who is motivated and has problem solving skills. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Lead the site Maintenance team in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment.
This includes total preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and automated equipment.
Responsible for overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and execute improvement plans, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
Lead the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures while also mentoring and leading the department. Implement and lead continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
Night shift will be 5:30pm-2:30am.
What We Are Looking For
Prefer experience with Allen Bradley PLC Software, Electrical schematics, hydraulics, schematics
