Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview Food and consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
