Own the end-to-end lifecycle of CAHPS‑related products, ensuring compliance with CMS and other regulatory bodies.

Stay current on CAHPS program updates, submission deadlines, and methodology changes, translating them into product requirements.

Gain a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and client experiences.

Develop, document, and maintain product strategy by analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share and improve client experience.

Generate product buy‑in with key stakeholders through demos and presentations, acting as a product evangelist and central communication point.

Translate product strategy into a roadmap containing new development and enhancements. Design, scope, and prioritize requirements, creating specifications for engineering.

Provide project management oversight for product initiatives, including pilots, enhancements, and new development.

Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, education, talent development, and other stakeholders.

Work closely with executives and leadership to align product strategy with business priorities.

Engage clients for feedback to understand pain points and improve offerings.

Ensure user experience is integrated from day one, with accessible, intuitive, and efficient products.

Lead engineering, marketing, sales, and client services teams to deliver the product according to business requirements and client expectations.

May require occasional travel a few times a year.

Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably within healthcare.

Experience with CAHPS regulatory processes and products.

Self‑starter with a bias toward action and a proven track record of results, able to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute methodically.

Passion for user experience, root‑cause problem solving, and balancing business needs.

Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level, estimating effort and trade‑offs.

Platform mindset: how features fit into the overall platform, scaling, and integration.

Experience managing customer/client relationships and balancing tensions between wants and needs.

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies, managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Superior project management, time management, and organizational skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
