Position Summary
Oversee SPI and KRI Metric portfolio and communicate metric health to Senior Leadership
Serve in key SPI roles (control instance owner(s) and metric action plan provider(s)) for all SPIs owned/executed within GPT and Int’l Tech
Document all breached SPI and KRI metric commentary for POP/ORCIT requirements and risk routines (e.g. KRR)
Provide CIO/SLT communication on projected metric health and required actions as well as breached metric commentary and go‑to‑green actions
Provides centralized support of RISE deliverables, ERPs, infrastructure and application vulnerabilities.
Manage Enhanced Remediation Program (ERP), including internal challenge and QA processes, facilitate GIS review and CIO approval
Track RISE deliverable closure progress and evaluate themes for quick closure
Serve as SMEs for all technology process area (e.g. vulnerability management, business continuity and recovery, data management) and partner with divisional teams to remediate/deliver on requirements.
Partner with SPI Process, Control and Metric Owners (e.g. GIS) for every area of measure to identify proactive actions to maintain positive metric health
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Data Management
Prior experience with vulnerability management, business continuity and recovery, data management
Desired Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Ideally some knowledge or experience in Information Security
Ability to present to senior leadership

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
