Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Medication Nurse (LPN)
to join their healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about serving the underserved population and making a meaningful difference in their community.
Qualifications
Active Washington, D.C. LPN license
(required)
Minimum of
2 years of solid nursing experience
Strong background working with the
underserved population
Up-to-date
immunizations
Experience in
psychiatric or behavioral health
settings is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Administer medications as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician
Ensure all medications are dispensed accurately and on schedule
Maintain compliance with established clinical and safety standards
Collaborate closely with medical staff to support patient care
Accurately update and maintain medical records daily
