LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Subject Matter Expert - Level I - Agile Project Integrator / Scaled Agile Practitioner to support our contract at the IRSCI in Washington, DC.
LOCATION: Remote
LinTech is seeking a highly capable Agile Project Integrator with expertise in Scaled Agile practices to support a large‑scale federal IT contract that includes multiple interrelated technical and operational components. This role focuses on driving efficiency, delivery alignment, and execution velocity across functional teams by applying Agile frameworks, optimizing processes, and reducing delivery gaps.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging delivery across enterprise architecture, business systems, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, user support, and acquisition support. This role requires someone capable of operating in a hybrid Agile environment, adapting to evolving priorities, and wearing multiple hats to maintain forward momentum.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
Provide Agile coordination and delivery oversight across enterprise architecture, business systems development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, user support, and acquisition/program management workstreams
Serve as a unifying integrator to ensure consistent delivery cadence, cross‑team alignment, and milestone visibility
Apply Scaled Agile principles to enhance planning, sequencing, backlog grooming, and delivery predictability
Identify inefficiencies and delivery delays; implement lightweight frameworks that promote reuse, reduce rework, and close execution gaps
Facilitate cross‑team Agile ceremonies including team syncs, planning increments, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization meetings
Support the development and maintenance of delivery roadmaps, integrated schedules, risk logs, and dependency trackers
Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and program stakeholders to ensure high‑value work is sequenced for maximum impact
Flex into support roles as needed providing facilitation, coaching, integration and/or tracking to meet evolving delivery demands (cross functional and cross cutting as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, integration, or coordination roles
3+ years applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar at the program or enterprise level
Demonstrated experience supporting multi‑team or cross‑functional delivery environments
Proficiency in Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
Strong facilitation and communication skills with both technical and business audiences
Proven ability to identify delivery gaps and implement practical, scalable solutions
Must be eligible for Public Trust
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SAFe certification (e.g., SA, SPC, RTE) or equivalent
Experience working in federal civilian or regulated enterprise environments
Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management, outcome‑based planning, or agile value delivery concepts
Experience in environments with hybrid delivery models (Agile + traditional project management)
Experience in CI environment a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Master's with at least 4 years specialized experience or B.A or B.S with at least 6 years specialized experience in related technology
Experienced in topics such as complex networks, cloud technologies, cross‑platform integration and large‑scale, complex systems design and implementation
Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain a government public trust clearance
