Define

end‑to‑end data architecture

across batch and streaming systems for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Finance Forecasting use cases. Architect

real‑time data flows

(e.g., Kafka/Flink/Spark Streaming) that support personalization, marketing triggers, pipeline health monitoring, and customer success alerts. Establish

data lakehouse strategies

(Iceberg, Delta, Hudi) with schema evolution, partitioning, and performance tuning –‑ in partnership and collaboration with Platform (PSET) teams. Partner with

MDM teams

to design

canonical, reusable customer, account, and product models

that unify systems of record (CRM, ERP, Support, Marketing). Design

semantic and dimensional data models

optimized for visualization, BI, and forecasting (star schemas, snowflake schemas, semantic layers). Embed

lineage, observability, privacy, and compliance

into all architecture patterns. Business Process Transformation

Translate raw data into

standardized business process models

(lead‑to‑cash, quote‑to‑order, marketing‑to‑revenue, customer health‑to‑renewal). Create

Master Data Management (MDM)

and canonical data modeling (customer, product, account hierarchies). Strong proficiency in

data modeling for analytics/visualization

(dimensional/star schema, semantic layers, OLAP). Ability to

transform data into business process frameworks

(e.g., lead‑to‑cash, marketing attribution, customer success). Track record of delivering

scalable, extensible solutions

through

standardized, reusable models . Experience embedding
