Hybrid schedule – 3+ days onsite (typically Tuesday–Thursday) Remote – open to anywhere within the Chicago area In‑office days: Tuesday–Thursday Remote days: Monday and Friday Shift: 8:00 – 5:30 (typical) Travel: Possible – % of travel not specified Reimbursement: Not applicable Contract Status

Phase 1 – ServiceNow to Workday migration (complete by 2026) Deep technical skills – ServiceNow and Workday Strong communication – stakeholder management Team environment – drive decisions Day‑to‑day development skills – debug support New employee portal – phase 2 phase for all UA employees (knowledge articles, simplify hub) Responsibilities
Drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for future supply chain initiatives – end‑to‑end ownership of a technical product with high degree of ownership over critical features and customer experience – cross‑functional collaboration with business partners, UX design, operations, IT, and executive teams to envision, develop and launch innovative products. Qualifications
BS/BA in computer science, engineering, science, math or related field – MS or MBA preferred 7–10+ years progressive product management experience 5+ years experience in supply chain, inventory management or industrial distribution Proven track record of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously within a large organization Strong change leadership and ability to influence leaders Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Continuous improvement and innovation mindset EEO Statement
