Project Manager (Building Engineering Services) Responsibilities
Plan and manage all aspects of small‑to‑medium building engineering design projects (Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure).
The role will also directly support the Senior Project Management team on large‑scale projects.
Actively participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
Independently coordinate the work of professional staff of Architects and/or Engineers.
Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff.
Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with the team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of the agreed‑to schedule.
Facilitate/participate in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering or Architecture degree.
Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
PMP certification.
Familiarity with earned‑value management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7 years related experience.
Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
Ability to interact with various design teams and excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
