Senior Accountant – Entertainment, Hospitality & Corporate Partnerships A leading entertainment organization in Anaheim is hiring a Senior Accountant to support its hospitality and corporate partnerships business. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, this role will support high-volume, revenue-driven operations across food & beverage, venue operations, and sponsorships.
What You’ll Do
Own key accounting and controllership functions for hospitality and partnership revenue streams
Manage sponsorship revenue recognition, invoicing, and commission expense
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support month-end close
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning
Oversee daily sales settlements, revenue sharing, and cash/expense reconciliations
Manage intercompany billings and support sales tax filings
Partner cross-functionally and mentor junior accounting staff
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
5+ years of accounting experience in operations-heavy environments
Background in hospitality, entertainment, live events, or high-volume businesses strongly preferred
Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with complex transactions
ERP experience preferred (Dynamics 365 and/or NetSuite a plus)
Self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills
