Responsibilities Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services:
WATCHMAN procedure for people with atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem.
CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device.
Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program:
Coronary artery bypass grafting
Valve repair and replacement
Aorta repair
Thoracic procedures
Vascular procedures
Off-pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery
Salary Range: $620,000 to $630,000

Pay Transparency A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $620,000 to $630,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, and will consider factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
