About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to join our
Integrations Team , focusing on enterprise-level integration initiatives. This role will primarily leverage
MuleSoft
as the integration platform and requires a strong understanding of common integration concepts and business analysis best practices. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring seamless connectivity across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
complex business analysis and process design
for integration projects across multiple functional areas (sales, supply‑chain, manufacturing, etc.).
Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to
align delivery with strategic goals.
Define
application scope and objectives
and recommend solutions to highly complex business problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to
communicate integration capabilities and possibilities , ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Specify and validate
reporting requirements
and develop high‑complexity business reports related to integration performance.
Drive
business relationships
and integrate activities across product and project teams across functional domains to ensure successful implementation and support.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with
customers, IT colleagues, architects, and project leads
to meet service expectations.
Coordinate and execute
unit, integration, and volume testing , and facilitate user acceptance testing with business partners.
Mentor and coach other team members, providing guidance on integration delivery best practices and business analysis standards.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
5+ years
of business analysis experience in enterprise environments.
2+ years
working on integration‑focused projects; MuleSoft experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of
integration concepts
(APIs, middleware, data mapping, orchestration).
Experience with
requirements gathering, process modeling, and testing
for complex systems.
Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead workstreams.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Preferred
Experience with Anypoint Platform or similar integration platforms.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration concepts.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms.
