Business Analyst – Supply Chain Ops (Plan & Buy)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain digital transformation project. The role will focus on Advanced Planning & Procure-to-Pay processes as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analyze current processes, and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct process analysis and mapping using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools.
Create detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation for current and future-state processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize product configurations.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and support ERP configuration aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
Analyze and improve procurement workflows including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Source-to-Pay, and Supplier Collaboration.
Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Partner with SAP solution architects to ensure alignment with best practices and scalable solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of new ERP processes.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present status reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects.
Functional experience in Supply Chain Operations – Forecast to Plan and Procure-to-Pay.
Strong expertise in process mapping and documentation using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba/Business Network, and SAP IBP.
Knowledge of BPM methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
Experience with procurement KPIs, supplier performance management, and compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies.
Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or related field. Master’s preferred.
