We’re looking for a

Workplace Experience Manager

to join our client, a law firm, in the San Francisco, CA office. This range is provided by Abacus Group, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as a resource, subject matter expert, and business partner to firm leaders, attorneys, and key stakeholders in setting direction for high‑quality Workplace Experience initiatives, while staying abreast of industry trends

Lead the recruitment and training of talent, identify professional development opportunities, and coach individuals and teams to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes

Analyze and interpret data to manage dynamic office space utilization, understand client needs, and recommend improvements, while identifying innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery

Drive best‑in‑class client service delivery by department staff and vendors, enable one‑stop resolution for internal and external inquiries, and coordinate vendor partners to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs

Oversee department expense allocation, address budget variances, and perform financial management duties with strong fiscal discipline

Safeguard highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

10+ years of relevant experience

Hospitality, customer service management industry required

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a team effectively

Possess a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
