We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Tech Advisory Consulting Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, IT project management, and business process analysis. As a tech advisory consultant manager, you will work closely with clients to assess their technology needs, develop tailored solutions, and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Service Offerings IT Due Diligence
Assess current IT state and provide key recommendations for post‑investment execution.
Key assessment areas: IT spend, organizational structure, business applications, security, infrastructure, and capacity to meet future needs.
IT Strategy Roadmaps
Uncover key business objectives, assess current IT state, and outline a multi‑year strategy of key initiatives.
Assess risk and business impact of each project and create a phased implementation approach.
IT System Selection
Guide companies through critical IT decisions.
Research providers, evaluate vendors, and build consensus on the winner.
IT Project Management Office / Office of the CIO
Support execution of critical projects by providing a structured project management framework.
Oversee project completion with client resources, vendors, and consultants.
IT Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations
Set strategy and oversee integration of all IT‑related aspects.
Combine infrastructure, applications, people, and process during high‑intensity integration.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand business objectives and technology challenges.
Develop and deliver technology roadmaps and implementation plans.
Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, on‑budget delivery.
Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with client needs.
Facilitate effective communication with clients, team, and senior management.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least five (5) years of technology consulting experience, including IT due diligence or project management.
Experience with manufacturing & distribution clients is a plus.
Data analytics experience and strong understanding of technology infrastructure and digital transformation.
Excellent problem‑solving, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
Hybrid or remote work arrangement; 25‑50% travel required.

Compensation The salary range for this role is $111,600 – $215,300 per year, adjusted for skills, experience, and other factors.
