Responsibilities
Manage and optimize LAN, multi-site WAN, and virtualization environments using Cisco, Adtran, and HPE networking equipment
Configure and troubleshoot WatchGuard and Palo Alto firewalls, SSL VPNs, and remote office VPN tunnels
Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity and application issues, and support systems administration tasks
Lead network upgrades, patch management processes, and coordinate with vendors to maintain reliable operations
Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, policies, and security standards
Train IT team members on network tools and ensure clear troubleshooting and configuration guidance
