What You’ll Do
Own the Release Lifecycle: Independently manage and execute all deployments using a deep knowledge of deployment tools, including
Change Sets
and
SFDX/CLI . You will own the entire process from packaging to release, without reliance on the development team, and manage our code repositories (e.g.,
GitHub, Azure DevOps ).
Act as a Strategic Advisor: Go beyond daily tasks to provide strategic guidance on system architecture, data structures, and the implementation of new features. Your insights will ensure the long‑term health and scalability of our org.
Champion Platform Security: Take full ownership of the security model. You will design and maintain profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall data access, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
Lead Salesforce Release Readiness: Proactively track Salesforce’s seasonal releases, analyze the impact of upcoming changes on our configuration, and prepare the team and the platform for updates, ensuring we leverage new capabilities effectively.
Build Engaging Experiences: Design, build, and maintain our customer‑facing portals and internal sites using
Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud .
Drive Platform Excellence: Perform all core administrative functions, including user account maintenance, creating advanced reports and dashboards, and building complex automations with Salesforce Flow to solve business challenges.
Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and manage projects from conception through to testing and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator. Certification is required, along with demonstrated, real‑world competency across all exam domains. Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a strong plus.
4–6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Mastery of Deployment Processes: Deep expertise with deployment tools and release management, including
Change Sets, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CLI deployments .
Expertise in Experience Cloud: Proven, hands‑on experience designing, configuring, and managing
Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud
sites.
Security & Data Modeling Expert: Extensive experience designing and implementing complex security models and advising on data architecture.
Proficiency with Salesforce Flow for complex process automation.
Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein is highly desirable.
