A 40-year-old company recently backed by one of the largest PEs has spun off a 300-person division to accelerate growth and break into new markets within the Recreation Industry. With the stability of a large company but the energy of a start-up, we are expanding our Account Executive Team.

This profitable company with over 4k customers, has achieved 5 consecutive years of record expansion, with a goal of 20% growth in 2025.

Compensation and Benefits
$75K-$95K base, $160K OTE.
Uncapped Commissions + Accelerators.

The Right Background
Ideally 2 years of experience in B2B (full sales cycle) net new sales, but will consider top SDR’s who want full sales cycle.
Preferably selling SaaS-based solutions.
Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.
Prefer experience with SPIN Selling techniques, including the ability to effectively identify and address customer needs.
A bonus: knowledge of Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf or Trailer industries.
