Job Title: Lead Pega Developer / Pega LSA
Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) with strong hands‑on experience in Pega 8 and Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
The ideal candidate will lead solution design, drive technical ownership, and support large-scale modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and deliver scalable applications using Pega PRPC and Pega frameworks.
Lead and oversee Pega Decisioning (CDH) implementations and integrations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and reusable component development.
Collaborate on integration strategies involving APIs and external systems.
Build custom components and guide teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Certification:
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA), or
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (SSA)
Core Skills:
Pega LSA/SSA, Pega 8, CDH, Pega PRPC, CPDC, Pega Decisioning, architecture & design, system integrations, design/code reviews, reusable frameworks, Agile delivery.
