Hardware / RF & DSP Design Engineer
Engineering Design Team (EDT), Inc. – A leader in high-performance I/O interfaces is looking to hire an experienced RF and DSP Engineer to join our small, high-performing team. Help lead the development of our newest product line bringing AI to RF applications at the edge serving the scientific, UAV, industrial, and defense communities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in RF and DSP design with an emphasis on Software Defined Radios (SDR).
Ability to initiate and configure digital signals and develop signal processing systems and algorithms.
FPGA-based SDR design experience.
Expertise with schematic capture, layout, component library development, and bill of material creation; preferably with Altium Designer.
Experience in laying out mixed-signal PCBs or directing PCB layout.
Ability to bring up and debug electronics and system-level issues; expertise solving issues such as data throughput, grounding, and thermal management.
Experience in EW, SIGINT, or satellite communications applications is a plus.
Experience with C/C++, Python.
