Job Description We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and demonstrate proficiency in managing and optimizing business processes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
Analyze and map client business requirements to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, configurations, and customizations.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful integration and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365.
Must-Have Skill Set
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Finance & Operations.
Configuration and Customization: Proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
Business Process Analysis: Strong ability to analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Documentation: Excellent documentation skills for requirements, configurations, and customizations.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Training and Support: Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Certifications Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
