Senior Financial Analyst
We are working with a trusted client of ours to find their next Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a strategic role that combines financial analysis, asset management, and business development support. This position plays a critical role in enhancing and protecting portfolio value through forward-looking financial analysis and modeling. This role is fully onsite in Rutherford County, TN.
Salary up to $100,000 + bonus Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Perform pro forma calculations and financial modeling for covenant compliance Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic initiatives Assist with asset management reporting and portfolio trend reviews Support internal audits and special projects as needed Qualities of the Senior Financial Analyst: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in financial analysis Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Intaact, Workiva) Reasons to Work Here as the Senior Financial Analyst: Free health insurance for you and your family Generous benefits package including paid vacation, sick leave, and 401(k) contributions Opportunities for growth and professional development
