Very stable logistics company that has been in business for over 30 years Growing company with a promote from within culture Offers work/life balance and a collaborative office culture Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst: Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts, in collaboration with cross-functional teams Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Create executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex data into strategic recommendations Design and manage business intelligence tools and dashboards to support real-time performance monitoring and decision-making Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical capabilities Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's highly preferred) Between 3 - 5 years of FP&A experience Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau Experience with financial modeling in Excel
