Role Overview Contribute to the success of the U.S. Legal Department by providing legal support across multiple businesses, focusing on
commercial contracts, outsourcing, and IT services
.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and procurement contracts (MSAs, SaaS, license agreements, outsourcing). Advise on IP, cybersecurity, data privacy, AI, and regulatory compliance. Support NDAs, third-party risk reviews, and intragroup agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management. Conduct legal research and maintain template libraries. Monitor regulatory trends and manage outside counsel relationships.
What You’ll Bring J.D.
and licensed attorney in good standing. 3+ years
