RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
The Property Accountant will oversee a portfolio of properties, managing monthly entries and reconciliations The Property Accountant will review outstanding AP items and perform balance sheet reviews for audit accuracy Prepare, clean, and finalize financials during monthly and year-end close Support reclasses and provide audit documentation as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Must have hands-on general ledger experience and a strong understanding of the accounting cycle Experience with Yardi and affordable housing (HUD) accounting Experience in senior living, Medicaid, or LIHTC environments is a plus
