Sr / Principal Nuclear Medicine Fusion Technologist
8‑hour shifts, variable hours, rotating weekends.
Perform routine to complex diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures using radiopharmaceuticals for both inpatient and outpatient care. Ensure radiation safety, quality control, and compliance with state regulations. Participate in orientation, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
Senior / Principal Responsibilities:
Lead or coordinate department activities.
Contribute to quality assurance, performance improvement, and clinical/research protocol development.
Demonstrate and instruct advanced procedures.
Mentor and train less experienced technologists.
Qualifications (Senior):
Graduate of JRCNMT‑accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
CA Nuclear Medicine license (CTNM: NMTCB or ARRT (N)).
Post‑primary CT certification (ARRT or NMTCB).
BLS certification.
Minimum 3 years’ Nuclear Medicine experience; CT experience preferred.
Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays.
Additional for Principal Level:
Minimum 7 years’ Nuclear Medicine experience; 3 years’ CT experience.
Ability to perform all routine clinical PET/CT exams and at least 3 of 5 specialty PET/CT exams independently (Pediatric, Cardiac, Neuro, Multiphase CT, Research).
