We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician‑Gynecologist to join our hospital-based labor & delivery team in the thriving city of Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity to practice inpatient-focused obstetrics within a supportive, collaborative environment dedicated to safe, patient-centered care around the clock.
Newly trained graduates are encouraged to apply!
The incoming physician will provide comprehensive, hospital-based obstetric care, including triage, admissions, deliveries, and inpatient consults. You’ll work closely with midwives, anesthesiology, neonatology/pediatrics, and nursing leadership to ensure timely, evidence-based care and excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Manage L&D triage and evaluate obstetric emergencies
Perform and assist with deliveries
Provide inpatient antepartum/postpartum care and consultations
Respond to ED and inpatient obstetric/gynecologic consults as needed
Participate in obstetric safety initiatives, drills, and quality improvement
Collaborate with community OBs, family medicine, CNMs, and hospital leadership
Support patient education and shared decision-making
Position Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain
Strong commitment to evidence-based, team-oriented inpatient obstetric care
