Responsibilities Lead Monthly Close & Consolidation: Oversee the monthly accounting close and corporate consolidation process, ensuring accurate internal and external financial reporting. GAAP Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely consolidation of global entities, prepare elimination entries, and review executive reporting packages in line with GAAP. Technical Accounting: Research and resolve complex accounting issues and coordinate with relevant units. Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations while streamlining and documenting processes. Equity & Compensation Reporting: Oversee share-based compensation and EPS reporting, collaborating with HR and Legal for accuracy. Operational Efficiency & Communication: Drive improvements in financial reporting cycles, document methodologies, and enhance communication across functions. Team Leadership & Special Projects: Manage and develop a small team, support cross-functional personnel, and lead ad-hoc initiatives including M&A activities.
