Description Robert Half is seeking an accomplished Senior Administrative Assistant to support our client's executive team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who excels at organization, communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting planning.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage office operations, ensuring supplies, technology, and facilities are in order.
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Associate's degree or higher in business, administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and workplace technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
