Job Description As a Superintendent, you will oversee all field operations for ground-up and renovation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Typical projects range from $10M-$20M commercial builds to hospitality and multifamily developments.
