Target Ratios:1:3-5. Couplet Care exp required: Float possible to L&D(if qualified), Peds, and/or Mother Baby. Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. GYN surgeries. Readmission for surgery complications. Delivery of patients less than 20 weeks gestation. GYN/ONC surgeries. UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Will use Pyxis as well as EPIC Dimensions and CPN. SCHEDULING TYPE: Unit will balance NM Needs UNIT ORIENTATION: Must be available first week of contract for hospital and unit orientation.
