Tesla is looking for an exceptional full-cycle technical recruiter to join our recruiting team to partner with our Powertrain & Energy Engineering teams. You will hire top engineering talent responsible for developing next generation products, automated manufacturing lines, and the "machine that builds the machine". Recruiting at Tesla is challenging and hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals
* Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders
* Take a data-driven approach to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process; own the recruiting process end-to-end
* Identify, attract, and hire top talent using various tools
* 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Gem, ATS systems)
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
