- Oversee leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee leave and HRIS systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding leave inquiries, providing clear guidance and support.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management.
- Monitor and track leave balances, preparing reports as required.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address leave-related issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure timely communication with employees regarding leave approvals, extensions, or denials.
- Participate in audits and reviews of leave policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- 1+ year of experience in leave administration.
- Knowledge of leave of absence policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and maintaining employee records.
