Become part of Restaurant Associates, the industry's leading provider of dining and event catering for some of the nation's most prestigious museums, performing arts centers and corporations! **Voted Glassdoor's Employee Choice Awards** - _Best Places to Work,_ **This is R/A** **!** **Job Summary** Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced **Executive Chef** to oversee all culinary operations for a dynamic, multi-concept account including a restaurant, café, grab-and-go program, and a robust private dining and events portfolio. This role is responsible for culinary leadership, consistency, and execution across the entire complex while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on culinary leader who can manage multiple service styles simultaneously, develop strong Chef de Cuisine and sous chef leadership, and partner closely with operations and events teams. This position requires a balance of creativity, structure, and operational discipline within a high-expectation environment. **Responsibilities**
  • Oversee all culinary operations across the restaurant, café, grab & go, and events program for the full account
  • Lead and develop Chef de Cuisine, sous chefs, and culinary teams across multiple concepts
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution across all service styles
  • Partner with operations, service, and events leadership to align menus, staffing, and execution
  • Oversee culinary execution for on-site catering, private dining, and special events
  • Drive menu development, seasonal updates, and standardization across concepts
  • Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and waste to meet financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards across the complex
**Qualifications**
  • 7-10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in fine dining or upscale multi-concept environments
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef overseeing multiple outlets or service styles
  • Strong background in à la carte dining, café or retail-style service, and events or catering
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary leadership teams
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing food cost, labor, and inventory at scale
  • Culinary degree or formal training preferred
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and events as required
