- Oversee case assignments, reviews, and performance
- Provide guidance on complex or high-risk matters
- Ensure compliance with Illinois and federal regulations
- Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors
- Support onboarding and training of new staff
- Contribute to process improvements and department growth
- Medical/Dental/Vision

- Accounting Background (accounting degree a plus)
- Managerial experience
- College degree (associates degree acceptable if they have strong experience)
- Very high level of professionalism
- Strong on Microsoft Office
- Estate planning and trust administration is a plus
