Sodexo is seeking a **Environmental Services Manager** for Community Medical Center, in **Toms River, NJ.** This is a 617 bed acute care hospital, managing a team of 15 client paid staff.A vibrant waterfront community, Toms River offers a wide variety of recreational activities and is 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. This custodial manager will oversee **Overnight Shift, T** **uesday- Saturday** and as business needs dictate, some rotating holidays may be required. This role will report into the Operations Manager. We're looking for someone with a hospitality mindset; with **strong customer and employee engagement experience** that comes from a healthcare, hotels, custodial, or corporate housekeeping background. • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support an inclusive workforce.
