• *Role Overview**
• *Sodexo** is seeking an **Environmental Services / Custodial Manager** for (GBMC) Greater Baltimore Medical Center, located in Towson, Maryland. This is a **3rd shift position** supporting overnights (9:45pm start time) that will oversee a union team of 30 and functions as part of a team of Environmental Service Managers reporting to the GM.
• *This role will have a rotating weekend and some holidays** are included depending on the needs of the business. GBMC is a 300 bed facility in a picturesque campus, where Sodexo supports this full service healthcare account. This facility (acute and sub-acute care) is located on a beautiful suburban campus that handles more than 23,000 admissions and over 52,000 emergency room visits annually. Prior Environmental Services/housekeeping experience is required, must be results driven, understand employee engagement, and be committed to a winning culture. The successful candidate will have experience with EPIC, bed tracking, patient satisfaction, and possess strong computer skills. Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter who can lead a team under minimal supervision.

• have 3 years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience, in a hospital, hotel, or commercial cleaning environment; healthcare experience preferred.
