As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. You will remain highly visible, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a caring culture. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors, patients, and staff by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
