- Facility is looking for a GI provider ASAC. Open dates listed below:

- Clinic setting: Hospital
- 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
- Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am 4:30pm
- Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
- Onsite lab
- Onsite XRay
- EMR: Cerner
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - Required
- ACLS - Required
- Active MI license & CSR at time of submission - Required no exceptions
- Local Candidates - Driving In - Required
- IMLC - dates of availability/need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
- Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK) - Required
- All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)- Required no exceptions
- COVID Vaccine - Required
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
- ERCP is REQUIRED
Additional License Requirements :
- Hep B, MMR, Varicella - vaccine series or immune titer Flu - for current flu season Covid Documentation TB - within 12 months TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
