We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dietitian to lead the development and implementation of menus as our organization transitions from
on-premise to off-premise dining operations . This role will be responsible for creating nutritionally balanced menus, ensuring compliance with dietary standards, and accurately inputting all menu data into
CBORD
for seamless operational execution.
Shift:
M-F 8am-5pm Duration:
1-year long contract
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Registered Dietitian (RD) credential Experience in menu planning and nutritional analysis, ideally within healthcare or food service settings. Proficiency with
CBORD
or similar food management software. Inpatient experience
Key Responsibilities Menu Development: Design and build out menus tailored for off-premise service models while maintaining nutritional integrity and variety. Ensure menus meet regulatory requirements, dietary guidelines, and company standards. CBORD Integration: Input all menu items, recipes, and nutritional data into the CBORD system accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update CBORD entries throughout the year to reflect seasonal changes, new offerings, and operational adjustments. Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with culinary teams, food service managers, and procurement to align menus with available resources and cost targets. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and allergen labeling requirements. Continuous Improvement: Monitor menu performance and customer feedback to make data-driven adjustments. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for off-premise dining solutions.
